And when this happens, high-potential/high-achieving employees need support or else they will feel stagnant and move on.
This is where I come in.

1:1 Leadership Coaching
For Director and VP level leaders, 1:1 leadership coaching engagements follow a structured process over a 6-month period to enable the leader to zoom out from the day and focus on driving key actions and leadership behaviors that will enable them to reach their personal and professional goals.
Leadership coaching includes goal setting in partnership with the leader’s manager in order to ensure alignment of personal, team, and management goals and expectations for growth an often incorporates a 360 leadership assessment utilizing The Leadership Circle Profile™.

Team Effectiveness Consulting
For new and evolving teams looking to leverage team member’s strengths, overcome challenges, and work together more effectively, team effectiveness consulting follows a 3 phase process to build rapport and gain trust, unearth individual strengths, and unite team members toward a common goal.
A combination of 1:1 discussions, meeting shadowing, and individual assessments is used to gain insights into the team. All 1:1 sessions use mix of consulting and coaching practices, focused on providing concrete action items in each session while also learning more broadly about the individuals’ work style, strengths, challenges, and desired outcomes for the team.

High-Potential Employee Development
For companies looking to provide customized development opportunities to high-potential (HIPO) employees below the Director level, this offering provides 1:1 coaching and development support to small groups of 3 to 8 employees at a time in a program tailored to meet any organizational budget.
HIPO employee development coaching is offered over a period of 3 to 6 months and each employee gets access to one or two 1:1 coaching sessions per month to use on a development topic of their choice. Upon conclusion, anonymized themes and coaching topics are shared back with the organization in order to provide insights.
